1. The service

[OPERATOR_NAME] provides OET practice tests and AI-generated feedback. Band estimates are estimates, not official scores. An independent product — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CBLA or Cambridge.

2. Accounts

Sign-in is via Google only. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Plans, billing and the merchant of record

Paid plans are sold by Paddle as merchant of record — Paddle is the seller for invoicing and tax purposes; [OPERATOR_NAME] provides the service.

4. Refunds

The first billing period carries 50% of the plan's usage quota. Refunds requested after substantial usage are pro-rated.

5. Acceptable use

No automated access, no resale of feedback, no attempts to extract test content.

6. No guarantee of results

An estimate is not a promise of an exam outcome.

7. Termination

Accounts may be closed for breach; you may delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how).
