Google account profile (name, email, avatar); practice letters you write or paste; speaking-session transcripts; grades and results; exam dates and self-reported OET scores you choose to share.

2. Audio

Spoken audio is sent to a speech-to-text vendor for transcription and then discarded; audio is not stored by [OPERATOR_NAME].

3. Payments

Handled by Paddle as merchant of record; [OPERATOR_NAME] does not hold card details.

4. Cookies & sessions

A session cookie for sign-in; no third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

5. Retention

Billing and cost records are kept for the statutory period; content-quality flags are retained without attribution after account deletion.
